· Fluent English and Romanian - both written and spoken.
· High energy, proactive mindset, and genuine hunger for business.
· Thick skin - rejection doesn’t break you; it motivates you.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills - personable, clear, confident.
· Comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and modern sales tools.
Nice to have
· Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing.
· Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
· Interest in tech, startups, and how software teams are built.

What you’ll do
· Run cold calling and outreach campaigns targeting Romanian tech companies.
· Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies: prospecting, messaging, and follow-ups.
· Shadow senior sales on warm leads and assist with discovery preparation.
· Handle basic account management: maintaining client relationships, tracking renewals, and upselling.
· Keep the CRM clean, up to date, and actionable.
· Learn how to qualify prospects, understand their pain points, and communicate Odeen’s value clearly.
