IT Provisioning Coordinator

As the IT Wireless Provisioning Coordinator, you will be the primary owner for coordinating Managed WLAN Service provisioning according to Emerson IT standards within the Emerson Service Delivery and Operations organization (SD&O), using associated applications, technology, and infrastructure supporting the delivery of these services in an ITIL-inspired environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To oversee WLAN projects and ensure accurate WLAN/LAN provisioning metrics reporting and KPI achievement.
• To handle project portfolio including capacity, roadmaps, service delivery coordination, and data accuracy, and proactively address constraints.
• To lead project communication, handle partners, facilitate conflict resolution, and produce clear minutes.
• To contribute to provisioning and service process improvement plans.
• To provide reports and support budgeting processes.
• To drive global service improvement with relevant IT teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, but experience may be considered instead of formal education.
* Validated experience in leading IT infrastructure-related projects of low/medium complexity, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
* ITIL or equivalent awareness or certification.
* Proficient in English (speaking / writing); any other languages are considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Experience in Project Management & Process Improvement.
* Effective communicator with the ability to manage challenges of remote communications through multiple tools (Instant Messaging, e-mail, phone, project management interface).
* Basic understanding of WLAN and LAN infrastructure and it’s terminology.
* Strong, proven customer focus, diplomatic savvy.
* Flexible attitude towards working hours.
* Strong analytical capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
* An open mind and flexible attitude towards the ambiguity inherent to large-scale IT modernization, including but not limited to managing overlaps and possible conflicts.
