IT Infrastructure Administrator

Knowledge base:
- Solid knowledge in the field of: network administration, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MDM (MobileDeviceManagement), SAP administration knowledge;
- Hands on knowledge - maintenance of network components (computers, printers, switches, routers, DVRs, surveillance cameras, etc.);
- Knowledge of a foreign language of international circulation - English;
- Communication and networking skills, teamwork skills;
- Organizational and planning ability;
- Presentation skills, drafting documents, reports, initiative, information search;

Your role as an IT Infrastructure Administrator:

1. Administration of computer network (hardware and software) and video surveillance system
︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄- monitors the maintenance of network components (computers, printers, switches, routers, DVRs, surveillance cameras, etc.)
- ensures troubleshooting of IT equipment in case of less complex problems
- maintains contact with IT equipment service providers, requests their intervention in case of complex problems or equipment under warranty
- ensures the normal operation of software applications installed to users
- management of infrastructure related to data collection through barcodes

2. Changes of computer network and video surveillance system
- ensures the construction of new routes or the modification of existing ones in order to introduce new users of the network or change their location
- ensures the construction of new routes or modification of existing ones for the installation of new surveillance cameras or the repositioning of existing ones
- Install the operating system and licensed applications for new users

3. Monitoring the operation of software installed on the company's servers and computers
- monitors the operation of the specific network software by periodically checking updates to the operating system, antivirus application, correct allocation of IPs
- ensures optimal operation of other specific software (timesheet, salaries), performs back-up operations for the timesheet application
- monitors the normal operation of the equipment and related video surveillance software

4. Set user access rights for folders on the network
- at the request of file owners and based on theyr specifications

5. Ensures back-ups of data from the server
-check daily the successful performance of backups, fix the problems that prevented their realization
take all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of back-up operations on the network

6. Securing Internet connection
- permanently monitors the Internet connection, quickly identifies the cause of interruptions and announces the factors responsible for urgently fixing and restoring the connection

7. Providing technical assistance to internal users of IT equipment
- responds to requests made by users of computer equipment regarding the malfunction or non-functioning of one or more components of the installed equipment or software
provides training on the exploitation of applications used by users

8. Purchase of specific equipment
- purchases IT equipment based on approved supply notes submitted by the departments

9. Provides support for the maintenance department for automation projects.
