Candidatul Ideal
You will be responsible for directly supporting the clients, while working closely with your colleagues to offer the best IT support for the issues that will arise.
You have soft skills for communicating with callers (e.g. being polite and calm, asking questions to understand the nature of the call)
You are interested in learning new technologies and constantly improving your knowledge in this domain.
High level of customer orientation as well as organizational, communication and team skills.
Professional experience in the IT helpdesk area or system administrator.
Knowledge of IT hardware and software and being open to learn the rest from us.

Descrierea jobului
Responds to client’s requests via various incoming channels chat, email and phone;
● Manages multiple conversations and responds to all client’s inquiries in a timely fashion according to the department guidelines;
● Tests and informs clients of implemented solutions;
● 1st and 2nd level support IT / helpdesk, including analysis, resolution and documentation.
● Installation, configuration and administration of hardware and software
● Maintaining internal networks and monitoring network security
You will be the first interface for the client. You will have to be able to be polite, while noting the problem in the ticketing system and offer the client a solution for it. You will either connect remote or go to the client's office (if the problem requires it). Issues can range from Outlook not opening, user not able to print to more complex issues like new firewall deployment.
You will use ticketing system, RMM, monitoring system, management consoles, virtualization, hosting panels. scripts etc.
Salary range according level of experience in industry. We offer a biannual raise.
