We are looking for a long-term IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing and improving business processes and coordinating requirements between internal business stakeholders and external IT vendors.
This position serves as the main link between Business and IT, ensuring that technical solutions effectively support operational needs.

Essential Requirements:
- experience working with ERP systems as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- experience in analyzing and modeling business processes in procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, and marketing
- gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- coordination of requirements, testing, and UAT with users and vendor
- knowledge of the Charisma ERP system
- experience working across multiple business areas and system integrations
- experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- relevant certifications (CCBA, CBAP)

- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, and marketing.
- Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring proper understanding by technical teams.
- Coordinate solution implementation with external IT vendors and maintain continuous communication with business users.
- Support users in defining test scenarios, and coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and validate implemented solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities for existing systems and processes based on feedback and data analysis.
