IT Assistant (System Administrator)

Job Scope
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant (System Administrator) to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, security compliance, and provide technical support to internal users.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT hardware/software support
• Solid knowledge of networking, PC hardware/software troubleshooting, and printer maintenance
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems
• Understanding of IT security policies and best practices
• English language skills - advanced level
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset
• Responsible and cooperative attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Optional Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL, VBA programming, shell scripting
• Experience with Active Directory and storage systems

Main Responsibilities and Related Activities

• Continuously monitor IT systems and enforce security policies to ensure optimal performance
• Handle and resolve internal support requests efficiently
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects across the organization
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the existing IT infrastructure
• Identify potential issues and proactively eliminate root causes before they escalate
• Administer applications and systems, providing technical support for servers and operating systems
• Create and maintain maintenance plans and checklists for IT systems
