The main responsibilities include:
Use of custom-made software to process files received from our customers in accordance with contractual provisions
Creates printing files for Production Department using a proprietary platform
Creates orders in company’s ERP system
Provide first level support to print operators
Running various internal applications developed by our internal development team
Fill out follow-up reports for the executed tasks
Checks the execution of the jobs according to the internal procedures and customers’ requirements
Other tasks as they may arise in the department’s activity
