What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ISO Consultant to support our organization in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international standards and a proven ability to guide companies through certification and continuous improvement processes.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Conduct gap analyses to evaluate current processes against ISO requirements.
Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
Lead the implementation of ISO management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, or others as required.
Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on ISO standards and best practices.
Perform internal audits, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare the organization for external certification audits, assisting during Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.
Ensure continuous improvement of the management system through regular monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with management and teams to align business processes with ISO requirements.

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Quality Management, or related field.
Proven experience implementing or consulting on ISO standards.
Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 27001, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of management system requirements and audit methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with multiple ISO standards.
Familiarity with risk management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of process mapping and improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Consulting experience across various industries.
Remuneration Package:
Competitive salary depending on experience.
Bonus based on performance.
Full-time.
Office working hours, with a 1-hour break.
20 days annual leave, with sick leave based on a medical certificate.

Training and development.
