GOPET Romania team is in quest of a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our Procurement Department.

Ideal candidate :

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent English skills, written and spoken

Responsibilities :

Building and maintaining relationships with carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Contact the transportation companies and negotiate prices
Managing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise
Providing cost estimates
Verifying the documents accuracy
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations
