Phonetastic GSM is looking for an International B2B Sales Representative ready to open markets, build strong partnerships and generate real revenue across Europe.
This is not an account management role.
This is a market-building role.
👤 What we expect
• Proven international B2B sales experience (IT&C / distribution / trading = strong advantage)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Existing commercial network – major plus
• Ownership mindset & fast decision-making
• Fluent English (additional EU languages are an advantage)
• Entrepreneurial drive

• Identify and develop new international B2B clients (distributors, retailers, traders)
• Open and grow external markets
• Negotiate high-volume deals
• Deliver turnover & margin targets
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics & finance
• Represent the company at international trade fairs (e.g. IFA Berlin)
