• University Degree
• Minimum 1 years’ customer service (or similar) experience;
• Experience in Production environments is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of ERPs, experience with SAP is a plus;
• Proficient in English;
• Advanced use of Excel.

Job description:
• Manage and maintains relationships with customers and company’s departments involved;
• Detail activities related to the new projects and to ongoing ones;
• Communicate technical performance specifications to the involved departments;
• Monthly invoicing deliveries to customers;
• Check information about the stock breaks for the critical products;
• Develop special orders (orders performed at third parties etc.);
• Define stages of allocated projects and clear specifications for the involved departments.
