Candidatul Ideal
• At least 2 years of working experience in internal or external audit in banking/financial companies/insurance;
• Very organized, able to prioritize your activities to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information, data and reports;
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal communication);
• Strong analytical skills;
• English at proficiency level;
• Professional certificate (CIA or similar) is considered an advantage.

In ProCredit Bank you will be able to:
• Conduct process and compliance audits engagements, as team member or team leader
• Analyze processes and identify risks and controls
• Assess and provide recommendations on the design and implementation of internal controls as well as on their operating effectiveness
• Discuss the audit findings and conclusions for the areas you are involved in testing with our colleagues
• Present audit reports to the Bank’s Executive Management
• Perform periodic follow-up on implementation of the established corrective measures.
