We are looking for experienced Installation Foremen specialized in Plumbing or Electrical works who are willing to relocate and work on-site under international project conditions.

Candidates must have directly worked on construction sites such as residential buildings, offices, commercial spaces, and large-scale infrastructure projects requiring broad hands-on and direct on-site exposure.

For the Plumbing profile, the candidate must have hands-on experience with:

• Water supply and drainage systems
• Sewage and stormwater networks
• Underground piping (PVC / HDPE / ductile iron)
• Manholes, chambers, pump connections
• Pressure testing and commissioning

For the Electrical profile, the candidate must have hands-on experience with:

• LV/MV cable laying and terminations
• Cable trays and conduits installation
• Panel boards and distribution systems
• Generators, transformers, and grounding systems
• Street lighting and power distribution networks

Additionally, the ideal candidate:

• Has minimum 5–7 years of installation experience in large construction projects
• Has strong practical site work exposure
• Has experience coordinating workers on site
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Has good English communication skills – able to communicate with over 50 expatriate employees within the company
• Is willing to relocate and work on-site in Ghana
• Experience in international or African projects is considered an advantage

This is a site-based role requiring strong hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and the ability to lead multicultural teams under demanding conditions.

Role Overview

The Installation Foreman will supervise and execute plumbing and/or electrical installation works on major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring quality delivery, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation works in plumbing and/or electrical systems
• Coordinate daily site activities and manage installation crews
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical drawings
• Monitor quality standards and conduct inspections/tests where required
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and project management teams
• Manage subcontractors and workforce productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Support project delivery within budget and schedule
