• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with payroll and contract administration for a minimum of 300 employees (mandatory)

• We are hiring an HR Inspector for a hands-on operational role focused on payroll execution, labour law compliance, and REGES-ONLINE operations.
• You will personally manage a defined, stable portfolio, with clear processes and tools already in place.
• This role requires daily work in shared cloud documents with real-time collaboration.
• This is not a recruitment role.

• Manage HR and payroll operations for client companies
• Operate and maintain REGES-ONLINE (internal staff and clients)
• Administer employment contracts and personnel files (digital-first)
• Coordinate payroll workflows with the accounting team
• Support labour inspections and compliance checks

• Salary up to €1,350 net/month + ticket dejeuner + 10% bonus on optional HR services. The bonus is paid monthly, based on invoiced and paid optional HR services.
