ROLE SUMMARY
- We are hiring an HR Inspector for a hands-on operational role focused on payroll execution, labour law compliance, and REGES-ONLINE operations.
- You will personally manage a defined, stable portfolio, with clear processes and tools already in place.
- This role requires daily work in shared cloud documents with real-time collaboration.
- This is not a recruitment role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HR and payroll operations for client companies
- Operate and maintain REGES-ONLINE (internal staff and clients)
- Administer employment contracts and personnel files (digital-first)
- Coordinate payroll workflows with the accounting team
- Support labour inspections and compliance checks
- Clear operational role with full ownership
- Stable, growing firm, member of TAG Alliances
- Central Bucharest office (Str. Dr. Iacob Felix 21)
- Salary up to €1,350 net/month + ticket dejeuner + 10% bonus on optional HR services. The bonus is paid monthly, based on invoiced and paid optional HR services.
