INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (WITH GERMAN & ENGLISH)

For you to be suited for this position, you should have:
- University degree;
- Good command of English and German (fluent speaking, proficiency in understanding and writing);
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer care/relations;
- Advanced PC skills;
- A habit of negotiation and problem solving;
- Good organizational, priority setting, attention to details and analytical skills

Main responsibilities:
- Performs market research in order to attract new customers;
- Services worldwide customers, including: entering orders, delivery schedules, status reports;
- Follows the inside sales processes, in order to assure client satisfaction;
- Coordinates customer requirements with production schedules;
- Serves as liaison between customers with special requests or problems and appropriate UAC personnel;
- Facilitates proper resolution of customer complaints or rejections
