- Studii universitare in domeniul tehnic;
- Experienta relevanta in constructia/proiectarea matritelor de injectie mase plastice;
- Experienta in utilizarea sistemelor CAD specific;
- Cunostinte de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office;
- Cunostinte foarte bune de limba engleza.
Descrierea jobului
- Pregatirea analizelor de fezabilitate cu ajutorul MoldFlow;
- Verificarea modelelor 3D si 2D pentru componente din plastic;
- Evaluarea/aprobarea design-ului pentru constructia de matrite noi;
- Colaborarea cu parteneri/distribuitori globali de proiecte;
- Participare la testarea matritelor si evaluarea rezultatelor;
- Solicitarea si evaluarea rapoartelor / masuratorilor;
- Stabilirea/setarea masuratorilor de optimizare si transmiterea catre furnizor;
- Suport pentru implementarea matritelor noi in productia de serie;
- Asigurarea si validarea documentatiei tehnice.
