• Calculeaza necesarul de operatori directi si de echipament lunar dar si in situatii speciale: transfer de proiect, lansare produs nou, modificari semnificative in proces;
• Proiecteaza fluxul de productie si fluxul informational;
• Gestioneaza schimbarile tehnice (analiza schimbarilor, comanda echipamentelor necesare, dezvoltarea unor metode de lucru cat mai eficiente);
• Participa la elaborarea instructiunilor de lucru si a normelor specifice;
• Masoara si identifica pierderile din sistemul de productie, a consumurilor specifice si imbunatateste continuu procesul de productie;
• Organizeaza dispunerea proiectelor in hala de productie prin reprezentare grafica;
• Prepara schita mesei de asamblare si aproba mesele noi sau modificate ce urmeaza a fi folosite in productie;
• Stabileste corect balansarea operatiilor pentru linia de asamblare;
• Executa orice alte dispozitii date de superiorul ierarhic, in limitele respectarii temeiului legal.
