Ensures together with the technical department and the other departments that projects can be executed at a certain
moment (production plan, external contractors, ...)
Ensures that workplace safety is a fundamental part of all planned work
Checks the work orders completion made by the technicians
Prepares the detailed schedule of projects for the next week by providing all the details of time,specific conditions of execution, contractors, etc.
Prepares a less detailed work schedule for the next 4 weeks to check and prevent capacity problems (personnel execution, production capacity lines)
Takes care of updating and improving the preventive annually maintenance plan
Provides support and training to both technical and operational staff
Complies with preventive maintenance procedures and inspections of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment according to the instructions contained in the technical documentation
Develops and ensures standard preventive maintenance procedures and inspections of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment
Participates in the definition of maintenance concepts and implements maintenance practices of mechanical equipment, electrical and electronic aiming at reducing / eliminating the losses of raw materials / materials, finished product or utilities.
Establishes the necessary spare parts and proposes acquisition and stock levels in order to ensure in a timely manner the specific / critical spare parts within the approved budget limits taking into account the level of stock, historical consumption and delivery times.
