Project Engineer
It is mandatory to have an university degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical, environmental, hydrotechnical, chemical or civil engineering)
At least 1 year of work experience
Native Romanian speaker and fluent in written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical thinking with structured way of working
Strong communication skills with high team spirit
Flexible and willingness to travel within the scope of the project realization
High degree of responsibility and quality awareness
Willingness to travel within Romania and overseas to the project locations
Driving license holder (manual gear box) as an active user

Assisting to project manager with focus on adherence to schedules, budget and quality
The company will provide training and orientation for the below mentioned tasks:
Coordinating all internal and external interfaces during project meetings as well as internal and external acceptances
Reporting and close exchange with internal project management team
Participating into design and planning, including feasibility studies
Planning of installation activities and preparation of specifications for the involvement of subcontractors
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Providing support and facilitating process improvements
Participating in project meetings and communicating relevant project information to various stakeholders
Cooperating with engineering colleagues - including regular knowledge transfer regarding cross-project and cross-disciplinary best practices
