We are looking for responsible, autonomous and structured individuals interested in joining a highly skilled team dedicated to several specific customers.
Descrierea jobului
• Provide 1st line support for the systems and technologies in our team’s scope;
• Oversee the system events to ensure its proper functioning, the maximum availability of the systems and quality of service;
• Perform initial diagnostics during emergency situations;
• Maintain the documentation regarding configurations, operations and diagnostic procedures;
• Apply and use the tools and work methodologies in place;
• Ensure effective and rapid response to Major Incidents;
• Answer user questions and service requests;
• Identifying and correcting backup and storage configuration issues;
• Restoring data from backups when requested;
• Escalating calls to next line of support and/or management when necessary;
• Deal with customer requests in line with Service definitions and SLA’s.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of:
• Microsoft Windows Server Platforms ;
• Windows Services (AD, DNS, DHCP), IIS, File & Printing, Clustering Services;
Basic knowledge of:
• Virtualization platforms: VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V;
• WSUS and SCCM/MECM;
• PowerShell;
• Microsoft Exchange Server;
• General knowledge of backup solutions: BackupExec, Veeam, Netbackup;
• General knowledge of storage solutions: NetApp, HP, IBM, Datacore;
• Good understanding of Internet technologies and concepts such as TCP/UDP, HTTP(S) and S/FTP;
• General knowledge of networking and security equipment’s, routers, switches, firewalls;
• General knowledge of Linux OS;
• Good French & English skills (B1).
