Candidatul Ideal
- University Degree Engineer, Economist;
- English as must, German is a plus;
- SAP MM modules, ARIBA PTP (SAP R/3, S/4HANNA);
- Operates MS Office software package;
- Negotiation, Project experience, knowledge of generic contract laws;
- Purchasing experience min. 3-4 years;
- Intercultural experience is plus.
Descrierea jobului
- Clarifies technical and commercial requirements together with the requester and the supplier.
- Negotiates terms to fulfill best conditions for acquisition of services, production equipment’s, MRO, construction services, maintenance and facility service, with respect to procurement process, procedures and legal requirements.
- Obtain offers, analyze and asses for optimum cost value solution.
- Defines, prepares and concludes contracts by respecting procurement process, procedures and legal requirements.
- Carries out supplier evaluation to concentrate on the best suppliers and improve the current supplier base.
- Ensures and drives towards downstream cost for spare parts, utilities, maintenance service, logistic and facility, IT service or generic technical service.
Purchasing Operative
- Processes requisitions follow up and execution in SAP/ARIBA and sends Purchase Orders to the suppliers.
- Ensures PO/contract tracking, by maintaining contact with the suppliers and the requesters and support on orders delivery executions terms.
Sourcing Process
▪ Performs regular market surveys, permanently in search for competitive suppliers
▪ Prepares and performs sourcing committees’ decisions for acquisitions
Purchasing process
▪ Prepares standard and special reports to make results transparent and control purchasing activities
▪ Defines, creates, updates purchasing procedures and optimizes internal processes.
Internal customer
▪ Consults internal customers for information regarding provision of materials/services, purchasing constraints and process optimization in his/her area of responsibility. Participates in working groups.
▪ Regularly checks the investment planning/approved budget for acquisitions in his/her area of responsibility.
Training and support
▪ Actively participate to the trainings requested by job description or indicated by mentor / direct supervisor.
▪ Acknowledge, assume and use the information’s received during trainings for successful applications during work activity
