We are looking for English & Italian speaking agents to provide inbound customer support via phone, chat and email. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Working Schedule
• Monday to Friday, with 1–2 working Saturdays per month, depending on business needs.
Any worked Saturday will be compensated with a day off during the week. Sundays are always off.
Available Shifts
• (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• 09:30 – 18:30 (1-hour lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)
• 10:00 – 19:00 (1-hour lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)
• 14:00 – 22:30 (30-minute lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)
Training Schedule
• 10:00 – 19:00, including 1-hour lunch break.
