ICT Support Engineer

YOUR DNA:
• You have a bachelor's degree in ICT with hand-on experience in ICT support;
• You are fluent in English to communicate effectively;
• You excel at delivering user training, both 1-1 and in group settings;
• You have demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform is considered a strong +;
• You have knowledge of common office ICT hardware, networking, security, and VOIP;
• You are flexible and willing to provide permanency;
• You are empathetic, patient, and polite;
• You work independently and priority oriented;
• You have a problem-solving approach;
• You hold a valid driving license

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You resolve technical issues, offering swift user support and maintaining accurate documentation for follow-up and reporting.
• You will be based in Bucharest, primarily serving as the first line of support for all Belgium employees, while also assisting local staff in Romania as needed.
• You develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, ensuring staff are fully equipped to utilize ICT systems and applications.
• You manage Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth operation of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other office applications.
• You maintain ICT hardware, perform repairs and updates to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• You oversee network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and secure connectivity.
• You automate processes and improve collaboration tools, increasing overall productivity and team efficiency.
