- Networking: competence with network devices, protocols, routing, switching, internet and telecommunication providers. Ability to install, configure, manage networks and devices, and troubleshooting problems.
- Cybersecurity: basic knowledge about fundamentals of IT/OT cybersecurity and ability to apply best practices.
- Hardware: manage desktop, laptop and devices interconnected, ability to collaborate with vendor, Italian ict support team and final user for provision, configure, install, maintenance and support providing. Printing solving issue basic principles. Mobile phone IOS and Android based basic support.
- Software: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft office and collaboration tools, Microsoft Windows Server, antivirus and antispam tools, various desktop software.
- Purchasing: support local resources and WW ICT Director to purchase hardware, software and services from local vendors in compliance with Eni/Versalis guidelines.

- Lead Romanian plant ICT department ensuring fully operativity of all systems and services guarantee efficiency and security.
- Support business strategies by proposing the best suitable ICT solution and support them.
Main Activities and Accountabilities Strategy:
- Collaborate with board, WW ICT director and country manager for future plans and strategies definitions.
- Define development, evolution and maintenance plans for applications and software in compliance with budget and company needs.
- Define development, evolution and maintenance plans of servers, hardware. and telecommunication devices in compliance with budget and company needs.
- Analyze new application and technology market trends in order to identify best company solution and practice.
- Coordination with WW ICT Director for creating and managing yearly budget.
Execution:
- Guarantee fully and correct functionalities of all infrastructures by coordinating internal resources and external contractor.
- Guarantee continuous applications and hardware devices update in compliance with vendor release defining also a key user shared road map.
- Guarantee best evolution possible for all application and devices in compliance with budget.
- Provide forecast development and upgrade plan in comply with request and internal needs.
- Development of the highest relationship and agreement as possible with provider, vendor and consultant to have a best condition in terms of economics and service.
- Guarantee day by day support and first level assistance. With ticketing onboarding.
- Harmonize ICT systems and policies in compliance with Finproject and Eni/Versalis’s standard.
People organization
- ensure, in collaboration with HR, WW ICT Director and country manager, all competencies inside the team has been properly structured in order to accomplish group objectives and strategies, providing meanwhile proper training and updating.
- Create a cohesive and object driven team focused on communication and sharing.
