Human Resources Officer

• At least 1 year experience in HR department
• Ability to quickly develop professional relationships
• Strong influencing and consulting approach
• Strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stake holders across the board
• Strong in analytics with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Experience of working in a global environment desirable – other countries
• English skills
• Revisal experience – a big plus

• Updating personal records in the employee database to maintain accuracy
• Maintain contact with the national agency, medical center, bank, and health and safety vendor
• Preparation and management of employment documents (hire - termination)
• Supporting the overall orientation process for new employees
• Under the supervision of the direct hierarchical superior, execute any other arrangements given in the realization of the company's short-term strategies as long as they are within the law
