Human Resources Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• 4+ years of experience in managing complex HR activities;
• Proven experience in a leadership role;
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends;
• Knowledge of English and use of MS Office – advanced level;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.

• Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Make informed decisions on HR-related matters: create and implement the HR strategy, coordinate the department team, decide on the training providers etc.

• Evaluate the performance of each person in the organization and understand how it impacts the business.
• Collaborate with department heads to address performance issues and propose effective performance management instruments, to implement organizational culture projects, to recommend solutions for increasing employees’ motivation and work satisfaction.

• Supervising the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to all levels of the organization.

• Navigate through dynamic and evolving HR challenges with flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
