Position requirements:
- University degree in human resources, andragogy, learning and development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP or HR advisory role
- Knowledge of key HR processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills with customer service orientation
- Effective workload organization
- Experience with HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
- Effective prioritization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
Descrierea jobului
- Act as the HRBP point of contact for HR issues within all Romanian sites (Bucharest, Ploiesti, Cluj, Rosia Montana).
- Supporting team dynamics and interpersonal relations
- Facilitating communication between employees and management
- Support organisational change activities such as restructures, succession planning, employee development, employee satisfaction survey
Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning
- Prepare job advertisements for open positions, conducting and evaluating interviews
Performance & Compensation
- Oversee performance management processes.
- Harmonize all compensation conditions, including benefits, for all Romanian sites, in accordance with the employee union.
- Coordinating the salary increase and bonus process
- Reporting & Analytics & Systems
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Identify trends and propose improvements.
- Support the implementation of the new payroll and time tracking system
Training Strategy
- Identify skills gaps and create development plans
- Implement and lead learning programs aligned with corporate and regional development programs.
- Cooperate with the Regional Learning and development Specialist
- Coordinate the All-employees satisfaction survey
