Descrierea jobului
- Monitor and verify compliance with ISM/MLC/ISPS, Classification Society rules, Flag State regulations, and maritime insurance procedures.
- Ensure vessels meet maritime legislation, Flag State requirements, and the safety standards of the vessel owners.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the Company’s ISM monthly forms and maintain up-to-date records of vessel certificates, survey statuses, and documentation.
- Monitor due dates for surveys and certificates, coordinate with Classification Societies, Flag authorities, and external auditors.
- Handle Audit Reports, Internal and External Surveys, serving as the liaison between the office and vessels until resolution.
- Assist in developing, revising, and obtaining approvals for manuals and documentation for newly managed vessels.
- Organize inspections/services, oversee report collection, and ensure follow-ups.
- Daily monitor fleet movements, support general operations, and collaborate with Managers for task planning and prioritization.
- Stay current with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and share this knowledge across the organization.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to foster a strong safety culture and enhance HSE performance.
