In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and promoting occupational health and safety standards across our concrete plants. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, developing a strong safety culture, and supporting both employees and contractors in maintaining safe working practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement legal requirements and internal OHS policies across all activities
• Assess risks and define action plans for risk mitigation
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and perform audits and inspections
• Organize training sessions and safety awareness campaigns
• Manage the relationship with authorities and ensure proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• University degree
• OHS certification (minimum 80-hour course) and knowledge of risk assessment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OHS, preferably in an industrial environment
• MS Office skills and strong communication and influencing abilities
• Availability to travel between our locations (Beia - Brasov, Salacaz - Timisoara, Acatari - Mures, Salacaz - Timis)
• English – intermediate level
