Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to support and maintain our SAP SuccessFactors environment and help drive the continuous improvement of our HR systems.
This role combines system administration, configuration, data management, integrations, user support and training. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly in the system, solving problems, improving processes and supporting HR teams across multiple countries.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR technology landscape while supporting future system enhancements and growth initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

SuccessFactors Employee Central Administration
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Maintain and update foundation objects, permissions, workflows and business rules.
Investigate and resolve system issues and user questions.
Support release testing and deployment activities.

New Company & Employee Onboarding

Configure and onboard new legal entities, companies and employee populations.
Support organizational changes and system setup updates.
Coordinate and execute employee data migrations and validation activities.
Ensure data consistency across the system.
Integrations & Data Management
Support and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems.
Assist with API-based integrations and interface troubleshooting.
Support data imports, exports and mass data update activities.
Help monitor integration performance and resolve issues when required.

Training & User Support

Deliver training sessions for HR teams, managers and system administrators.
Create and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
Support adoption of new functionality and system enhancements.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system usage.
Support the evaluation and implementation of new SuccessFactors functionality.
Contribute to future HR technology initiatives, including potential implementations of Recruiting, Onboarding and Performance Management.

Working Environment

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel depending on project and business needs.
Candidates must be available to work within European business hours.
Collaboration takes place mainly through virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with system configuration, testing and support activities.
Experience with data migration, data validation and data management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments.

Nice to Have

Experience delivering training and creating user documentation.
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and APIs.
Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI or similar integration technologies.
Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding.
Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
Spanish language skills.
