A key focus will be on improving the organizational design of commercial teams and ensuring the right talent, tools, and structures are in place to drive performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR Transformation Initiatives: Design and manage end-to-end transformation programs including process optimization, technology implementations and organizational restructuring
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes, systems, and policies
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders) to gather input, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing HR workflows and recommend best-in-class practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use people analytics and KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives and inform ongoing improvements

- 10 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 2-3 years in a transformation or project management role)
- Advanced English skills (B2-C1)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record in delivering complex HR transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR functions and systems
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization
Preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
