Job Description

What will you be responsible for?
* Managing complete HR administration, including communication with employees
* Supporting recruitment, the adaptation process, and the entire employee lifecycle
* Working with HR systems and preparing reports
* Providing support to employees in the assigned warehouse, maintaining regular communication with managers and operational staff

What does the ideal candidate look like?
* Has experience in HR
* Is comfortable with administrative work
* Speaks both English and Romanian
* Is communicative, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic
* Has solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
