HR Specialist

• Preparation and administration of personnel files;
• Preparation of employment documents (job descriptions, labor contracts, additional documents, etc.), as well as drafting various documents solicited by the employees;
• Ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees and management;
• Responsible for the entire recruiting process (posting job advertisements, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, participating in or conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates);
• Active participation in the development and improvement of HR processes and policies regarding different HR activities;
• Manage onboarding and exit interview process for employees;
• Organization and management of the company's administrative activities.

• 1-2 years experience in personnel administration;
• Solid knowledge of labor law;
• Revisal knowledge;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Good listener, creative, and intuitive;
• Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Driver's license B category;
• Nexus ERP knowledge.
