WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HR SPECIALIST WITH SKILLS OF:
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings or according to business needs,
Searching for best channels and sources for talent acquisitions;
Post job ads, selects, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory training: safety training, professional licensure (forklift operators), and aptitude exams and certifications;
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices;
Support employees and managers in solving HR issues;
Conducting analysis of selected HR indicators and recommending adequate solutions.
