HR Reporting Analyst

Role Purpose:

Do you enjoy working with data, but also want to stay connected to the broader HR picture?
Join our team and contribute to HR reporting, budgeting and day-to-day HR activities across our Group.

During the August – October period, you will focus on supporting the HR budgeting process. Outside of this period, your role will naturally shift towards a mix of reporting and broader HR support activities.

This is a full-time position (8 hours/day), with responsibilities shared between two companies within the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR budgeting process in collaboration with the Finance team;

• Prepare and analyze budget scenarios, focusing on staff costs and projections;

• Work with key HR data: headcount, staff costs, employee demographics;

• Prepare clear and accurate reports to support internal decision-making;

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting;

• Contribute, outside the budgeting period, to various HR operational and analytical activities, depending on team needs;

Qualification:

• Experience in HR reporting, HR controlling or workforce analytics;

• Good understanding of HR metrics and basic financial concepts;

• Strong Excel skills;

• Comfort working with data but also openness to get involved in broader HR tasks;

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical mindset;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Willingness to learn other areas of HR and contribute where needed;
