The focus of the role is to perform various administrative tasks (system records, documents) for its Italian workforce, following Italian legislation and specific company rules.
Check and record employees' absences and various types of leaves into the company's system of record - you'll receive training and support from your local and Italian colleagues;
Prepare and issue various documents (certificates) required by the Italian employees, according to company's rules and regulations;
Communicate constantly (verbal and written) both with the employees (via ticketing system) and with the Italian colleagues in HR;
Get involved in various cross-functional projects.
