Job Description
**The focus of the role is to perform various HR tasks (hire-to-retire) for France and Belgium, following country legislation and specific company rules.**
Handle **administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle** (ondoarding, background checks, position changes, absences, terminations, etc), in line with internal policies and local employment regulations.
Process **employment-related documents**, including contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and termination letters.
Maintain and update employee records in **Workday**, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide **first-line support to employees and managers** (ticketing system) in French and English for HR process inquiries.
**Collaborate with internal HR teams** (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits) to resolve employee requests.
Prepare and review standard **HR documentation** such as employment contracts, addendums, and official letters.
Ensure timely processing of requests in line with agreed **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)**.
Contribute to **process improvement initiatives** and participate in internal HR projects.
Build and maintain strong **working relationships with internal stakeholders** in France, Belgium and other global locations.
