To add additional value to our existing HR team, we are looking for a high-potential person to join us as an HR Manager, Bucharest Office.

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Implementation of all areas of human resources in alignment with Group HR strategy and processes;
  • Management of HR team (2 person)
  • Collaboration with business leadership to translate current and future business goals and develops initiatives and tactics to meet business objectives in alignment with overall strategy;
  • Partner with the business to ensure the organization is appropriately resourced and structured to deliver its objectives;
  • Execute a consistent and efficient selection and recruiting process to attract talent;
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new staff including letters of offer, new starter documentation, creation of personnel files;
  • Support in the process of identifying, developing, and retaining talent and attracting new talent from the labor market (Employer Branding);
  • Implement and track of Performance Management and annual talent review process;
  • Assess training needs, provide input to annual training plan, and organization and implementation of trainings
  • In cooperation with the Group, implement activities to measure and improve corporate culture and employee engagement;
  • Implement, monitor and report all personnel and administrative processes;
  • Implement organization design and improvement of job descriptions in line with local organizational changes and in compliance with local legislation and Group requirements;
  • Coordinate the payroll process and report to relevant internal and external institutions;
  • Maintain labor relations with social partners and external institutions and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Ensures compliance with key government legislative requirements and adherence to human resources policies and procedures;
  • Preparing HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, annexes, terminations, various employee certificates;
  • Forming and maintaining employee records, for both active and terminated employees;
  • Resolves conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters for functional or organizational leadership;
  • Planning and carrying out company events, including team building, Christmas party, and recognition events.JOB


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years' experience in HR leading role
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR procedures, and best practices.
  • Solid experience in HR administration, including personnel records, contracts, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods.
  • Preferred experience in Retail industry
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills, both in Romanian and English
  • Ability to diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for employee problems
  • Precise, well organized and analytical with great attention to details
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Thorough knowledge of Romanian labor law
  • Preferred bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or Business administration
  • Driver’s license B category (active driver)
