HR Manager

Oversee Human Resources programs, including recruiting/employment, compensation, employee relations,, develop and implement training programs, to ensure policy compliance for hotel team members.

Ensure company hiring standards; conduct recruitments process
Educate and train managers on progressive discipline processes in accordance with hotel or company policies, performance management process, recruitment, staff evaluation
Create programs to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
Conduct for new team members together with Direct Managers onboarding programs on hotel or company standards, policies, procedures, rules and othert employees programs.
Conduct Performance Management
Oversee accuracy and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees as per the local legislation
