Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest, or Brasov.


Skills that make your work successful:

• Good command of German and English;
• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Ability to work with HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk);
• Previous experience in HR operations or in the HR field;
• Good attention to detail;
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Monitor and maintain employee working time records (attendance, absences, overtime);
• Ensure accurate time tracking in the HR/time management system;
• Review and validate timesheets in line with company policies and legal requirements;
• Manage leave requests (vacation, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.);
• Investigate and resolve time-related discrepancies and errors;
• Handle employee calls related to attendance, leave, and time tracking inquiries;
• Support payroll by providing accurate and timely attendance data.
