The HR Coordinator will be in charge of providing high-quality HR services and guidance to employees. The HR Coordinator acts as a liaison between the employees and the management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and a quick learner.

In this role, you are the first point of contact for the team.

Work activities:

Developing HR planning strategies
Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts;
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; offers support in developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues, internal decisions, disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, and performance management.

Creates, maintains and follows working procedures together with all the legal documents imposed by law: Collective Working Contract, Internal regulation.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with department managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions;
Manage communication and coordination of relevant HR activities
Makes sure that all personnel files are created in time and maintained (work contract, additional acts, certificates), together with REVISAL/REGES declarations and other reports implied by the Romanian legislation.
Maintains the relationship with the Neusoft headquarter and our administrator, by providing regular reports;
Assists in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and events in compliance with department needs;
Communicates with other departments, applicants, administrators, and staff, provides information and assistance
