As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to store and district leadership, driving recruitment, compliance, and talent development initiatives that strengthen teams and support business success.
We are waiting for you in the team if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR role, preferably within the retail sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the retail industry.
Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at various levels of the organization.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of its market dynamics.
Drivers license

This role will require you to:
Provide support to District Managers and Store Managers in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
Ensure a fundamental understanding of labor law regulations and support managers in compliance-related matters.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify training and development needs, implementing programs that foster employee growth and enhance team performance.
Actively participate in national projects aimed at improving HR processes and initiatives within the retail division.
Conduct on-site training sessions for store employees, focusing on best practices in customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Build strong relationships with store management and team members to drive engagement, retention, and a positive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategic actions to address challenges and support business objectives.
Ensure timely completion of training programs and assist with organizing on-site training sessions.
Actively participate in disciplinary discussions and exit processes, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
Visit stores within the assigned area to provide operational HR support and maintain effective communication with local teams.
