Partner with Operational and Support Function teams, to develop and implement our HR policies and practices, to support the strategic growth of the business.
Responsible for Recruitment and Onboarding Processes in the areas of responsibility.
Partner with Management Team on Performance Management and Employee Development goals.
Provides HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manages and resolves employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Participates in the continual development of HR programs, such as Recruitment and Selection, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development.
