Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Understands background, targets and strategy and can advise proactively
- Holistic understanding of HR Business Partner function and key HR processes/policies that enable an effective and strategic people strategy
- Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership
- Ability to coach and advise leadership to empower employees and builds high-performing teams
- Excellent judgment and conflict management skills
- Business knowledge
- Strong personality and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of Romanian Labor code
- Work under own initiative
- Fluent English
- Proficient in using packages such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Descrierea jobului
- Designing and leading talent sourcing and pipeline initiatives
- Actively building talent pools and run recruitments
- Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Implementing and continuously improving employer branding and diversity initiatives and activities along with external vendors, universities, career sites/fairs, etc.
- Craft sourcing strategies using online channels
- Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
- Participation in the regular planning meetings in his area of responsibility
- Provide input to Headcount Planning and Succession Planning process
- Implementation of HR planning requirements in his area of responsibility (staffing planning, succession planning)
- Coordinate and facilitate the Human Resourcing process from need identification till its fulfillment (candidate hired)
- Facilitate finding internal candidate keeping priority for internal promotion when possible
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
- Negotiate C&B package in line with company policy and local talent strategy
- Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys
- Obtain / write Job Description, have work contract prepared and have them signed whenever needed
- Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department);
- Design succession plans and internal promotion policies
- Coordinate on-boarding for all new employees
- Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his area of responsibility
- HR administration: complete all HR administration tasks according to HR procedures;
- HR cycle management: performance management process, talent management, H/C planning, salary raise, grade promotion, Employee satisfaction survey, leadership assessment, L&D
- Complete reporting internally and externally
- Consultation for executives on matters regarding leadership, organization and labor law
- Carrying out the potential reviews in his area of responsibility based on comprehensive knowledge of the individual
- Implementation of measures for organizational development in his area of responsibility: consultation and support for organizational changes
- Act as a business partner to local business leaders
- Understand company business direction, recommend and implement HR initiatives to support company performance
- Continuously check improvement opportunities, create simpler, faster, solution in own job frame
- Contribute to improving corporate culture of the company with every-day work activity and behavior
