HR Admin & Payroll, German Speaker

We are looking for an HR Admin and Payroll, German Speaker to join our team in Cluj-Napoca!



What will you be doing? 📊

* Act as a point of contact for the HR team and other internal functions regarding administrative issues such as timekeeping, provisions, pensions, and other topics
* Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day operations
* Support in payroll processing and preparation of payroll in Switzerland and Germany, as well as handling inquiries regarding payroll
* Support in downstream contract management
* Maintenance of time tracking and vacation requests (especially error log, sick leave, etc.)
* Completion of certificates
* Correspondence with external entities (e.g., company pension plans, invoicing, etc.)
* Assistance in monthly and year-end closing activities and audits
* Preparation of monthly reports based on relevant KPIs (e.g., provisions for bonuses, vacations (PTO tracking), preparation of reports for the works council)
* Data maintenance in the Oracle HCM personnel system
* Billing of service technicians based on time sheets, clarification of any questions, and entry into the payroll system
* Implementation of monthly changes within the org chart and uploading it to SharePoint
* Point of contact for retirement-related matters for internal and external entities
* Maintenance of personnel files and responsibility for record retention
