We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and calm Guest Support / Front Desk Assistant to help manage daily guest communication and self check-in support for a 40-room property.
The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate:
- Speaks English fluently (spoken and written). Romanian is required.
- Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp and email, and can handle stressful situations without losing composure.
- Has strong computer skills and can work efficiently with multiple tools at the same time (PMS/Pynbooking, Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, email).
- Is highly detail-oriented and follows procedures strictly, especially regarding guest access credentials/codes and personal data.
- Has strong follow-up discipline: logs requests, tracks resolution with housekeeping/maintenance, and provides a short end-of-shift report.
- Is punctual, trustworthy, and takes ownership of tasks until completion.
- Hospitality/front desk experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We value fast learning, responsibility, and consistent execution.

Important scope note:
This role is focused on guest support and daily operations. It does not include invoicing/accounting tasks.
- Support guests with self check-in: entrance/access, credentials/codes, parking.
- Communicate fast and clearly via WhatsApp / phone / email (English + Romanian).
- Coordinate simple guest requests (towels/supplies) with housekeeping.
- Handle common issues professionally and escalate unusual cases to the General Manager.
- Manage lost & found and provide a short end-of-shift report.
What we need
- Fluent English (spoken & written) + Romanian.
- Strong computer skills (Booking/Airbnb/PMS/WhatsApp/email).
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, reliable, strong follow-up.
