HIRING SALES MANAGER - ONLINE SALES (ITALIAN - ENGLISH)

Looking for someone able to create rapport with customers without coming across as pushy or salesy.
Looking for a person who is deeply motivated and ambitious to grow professionally and financially.
Base salary + commission or full commission (based on performance and without' limits)

The person will be in charge of sales, so selling products and services online in English (and sometimes in Italian).

So ambition is needed because the job is more about performance, the more you sell, the more you make and grow.

WHAT WE ASK FOR

✔️ Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.

✔️ Availability Of At Least 6-8h Per Day (L-V) (full-time)

✔️Availability of a computer and a smartphone.

✔️Basic computer skills.

✔️ Available for LONG-TERM collaboration: we want a person who wants to grow with the team.
