What we need from you:
- Very good knowledge of French spoken and written;
- Good knowlwdge of English;
- Computer knowledge: medium IT knowledge, medium knowledge of operating systems (XP, Vista, 7);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Energy and dedication.
You have to:
- Handle inbound calls on behalf of our customers using French.
- Handle all situations received through other means than inbound calls (email, electronic, specific tools);
- Execution of emails, communication with customers.
