List of responsibilities:
- Implement the company HSE Management System, Risk Evaluator for H&S, Support implementation of trainings;
- Support management on daily job to have a secure environment, elaborate HSE data analytics and reports;
- Support the HSE awareness and communication activities in the division;
- Create, review, and update health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
- Training & Awareness: Provide training programs for employees on workplace safety, emergency procedures, and use of safety equipment.
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence;
- Compliance & Auditing: Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and industry standards;
- Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans (e.g., fire drills, evacuation plans);
- Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents & others tasks.
Descrierea jobului
- Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Previous experience in a health and safety role is typically essential.
• Skills:
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
