Head of Tendering & Cost Control

• Studii superioare în Inginerie Civilă, Inginerie Economică sau Finanțe;
• Experiență de minim 7–10 ani în construcții, cu cel puțin 3 ani într-o funcție de conducere (licitații/bugetare);
• Cunoaștere aprofundată a legislației achizițiilor publice și a ciclurilor de viață ale proiectelor de infrastructură;
• Competențe avansate în WinDocDeviz și MS Excel;
• Abilități excelente de leadership și rezistență la stres.

• Managementul Licitațiilor: Supervizarea pregătirii ofertelor tehnice și financiare complexe pentru licitații publice (SEAP/SICAP);
• Strategie de Pricing: Elaborarea strategiilor de preț pentru a asigura competitivitatea și profitabilitatea portofoliului;
• Control Strategic: Monitorizarea performanței financiare a proiectelor în derulare și analizarea abaterilor dintre bugetul ofertat și costul real de execuție;
• Leadership: Coordonarea echipei de Quantity Surveyors (QS) și a estimatorilor pentru un flux de date eficient între birou și șantier;
• Reporting: Prezentarea rapoartelor de marjă, cash-flow și rată de succes către Consiliul de Administrație.
